* * * KEIBREEZE * * *
Keibreeze is often called the City of the Sky. Of course, this is a metaphor, because it is not a city full of skyrise buildings, nor is it in the sky. The majority of the town has two stories, strangely enough. The whole town, minus the PokéMart franchise building, the Pokémon Gym and the Pokémon Center is built out of a dark brown wood. A range of cabin-like buildings are on the bottom floor, and climb up a ladder and there is a whole second city build on stilts, completely with pathways and large square shaped gaps in between the pathways where there are not buildings. This lights up the entire "ground floor" of the town.
It is truly amazing sight and is called the most beautiful town in the whole of Aefea, if not the world by many. Running directly through the middle of Keibreeze is a pristine river which is a vibrant light blue, sparkling in the cool sun. There is lots of grass around this city, and instead of the gaps on the top floor there is lush green grass. A single wooden bridge runs over this, made up of logs tied together like a raft. It is on the "sky floor" of the town.

Kaze Kaze is an Official Aefea Region Gym Leader and operates this position in the town of Keibreeze. He modified his Gym so much that it would take both willpower and logic to both reach and battle him. He only takes on challengers he believes can actually stand a chance of beating him, but he says this is because he doesn't wish to waste the money of trainers if they won't be able to win.
He is very thoughtful and donates money to less fortunate people and more often wildlife foundations that specify in flying type Pokémon. He is not obnoxious, showing a warm friendliness to anybody that decides to talk to him. He is angered by injustices in the world, and although he doesn't protest, he'll occasionally step in and stop problems himself. He's an overall nice guy, and strong enough that he turned down a position in the Elite Four to remain in his favourite town.

Official Aefea Region Pokémon Gym Challenge The Keibreeze Gym was built a long time ago, but since then has gone under a lot of refurbishments with new owners. It hasn't been kept to one particular family, but all the trainers that have led the gym have had an extreme liking to flying type Pokémon.
The gym is fairly large, and takes up three floors, none of them seperated by ceilings. Instead, there are various boardwalks snaking their way through the different floors. Not all of these pathways are connected, however. Switches lie in various difficult-to-reach places around the gym which change how much air pressure is being blown through the air vents. Air vents also lie around the room and standing on them will propel you up to different heights depending on what you have the switches set to. It is up to the trainer to navigate his way through this maze of switches and fans to reach the Gym Leader, who is situated on the roof of the gym.
