* * * TRUNKWILL * * *
Trunkwill is known by many as 'the quiet town', which is quite literally what it is. It has the least population out of all of the proper towns and cities in the Aefea Region and is tucked away from many major cities. It isn't very popular amoung trainers because it is so far away from any other place, and amoung tourists because the area has no real unique wildlife or attractions that will draw people.
It has all the necessary things to make a town - three schools, three general stores, a small hospital, a park and all that jazz. Because of this many people decide to live there, and many elderly people from the big cities and other places move to here for their retirement. There are people of all ages in this area, and although it is small it is still big enough so that not everybody knows each other's name.
The streets are mainly made out of compacted dirt and has a pale peachy-golden colour to it. The houses aren't exactly modern-looking. A small area looks like it was built forty years ago (in which the houses were), but many of the houses have been built within twenty five to eight years ago.

* * * CHARACTERS OF TRUNKWILL * * *
Mr. Tan Mr. Tan is the owner of one of the three general stores found in Trunkwill, the Tan General Store. He doesn't have much of a wide variety of things to sell to families, but he makes sure he gets the products that are most in need in the community to make up for it. He also sells items for trainers, but the selection isn't as big as, say, the food section, because not many trainers come through Trunkwill on their journeys.
He speaks with a stern but gentle voice, with a little bit of rasping because of his age. Mr. Tan would be in his late fifties now, and his face is beginning to show it, with 'wrinkles of wisdom', as he jokingly likes to call them. He has a kind heart, but if he is in a rush he will get straight down to the point with you. He is very alert, and although he may seem like he isn't listening or isn't paying his full attention at any one point, he is always listening and can recall things as good as a tape recorder (digital ones freak him out a bit, he prefers to use older things). If you see him at the shop, or at any other point in Trunkwill, make sure you say hi. Who knows, he might give you something in return.
